Soy Flour for Human Consumption
The dry product extracted from soy can either be soy flour, soy cake, or soy extract. The trypsin inhibitors and hemagglutinins contained in soy flour are destroyed by heat treatment. Our soy flour is suitable for use as an ingredient in cakes and pastries, soy milk or tofu, as well as being a protein booster in ready-to-serve meals and breakfast cereals. We offer full-fat soy flour (18-20% fat, 38% protein) and fat-reduced soy flour (1% fat, 50% protein).
